Have you seen this article. Its an app that reads for you. Might be helpful for L2 listening. Has anyone heard about this?

First I've heard of it, but my experience with graded readers has been good so far... At least for the stories I liked.

If anyone has recommendations for which stories to get, I'm all ears.

You can use Google translate on your iPhone, etc. to hear the audio from a sentence below 100 characters. Just set to Japanese-Japanese mode. <--- It's not great and, certainly, something you wouldn't want to learn from, but it will give you a general idea.
