Seems like a good idea overall. It would never hurt to occasionally houseclean to remove (or at least archive) decks that have never been downloaded past the initial upload.

As an update to this, all subs2srs decks will also be removed from the new site, as I can't be sure distributing them falls under fair use. If someone lives in a country where hosting them is legal, perhaps they'd want to do that and post links to them somewhere.
