Kanji with the longest reading?

Thanks for the info, I forgot about 姑.
あまつさえ always has an 送り仮名 'え'(剰え)in modern writing, though.

I was just reading a (printed) article someone sent me ages ago about the history of kanji. There's a character that is made up like (|+彡)/石 that's read ほねとかわとがはなれるおと. I managed to find a website about 長訓読み.

I think that site was already posted.

As I said, I personally consider those definitions, not "readings". To me, a "reading" has to be something that a person would actually pronounce when reading a text with the character in it.
