I was wondering what I could do daily to further my Japanese studies. So I decided that, maybe I should add another model in my production deck and name it "Transcription"
What exactly will this test for?

I was thinking of going along the lines of

Question card: Audio(short audio of course)

Answer: Full sentence(kanji/kana or just the normal sentence with kanji/short translation if available)

So what exactly will this test for? Recognition via typing,distinguishing sounds exactly as they are written from how they are heard. It should help in production in some ways as you are copying/reading/typing and presumably shadowing from what you hear.

The only problem I have with this is. How will I speed up the process of adding it to my anki deck? A good thought for this one is simple: get transcripts/audio already transcribed from news,novels,other resources,etc.

Can any recommend any software where I may cut up audio, so I may add it to my srs deck? I remember there where some listed here before but I can't find it(probably right in front of me but I just can't find it)

I should have a basic deck up for everyone to see it in about a week or so.

Oh yea I forgot about that, I can definitely use sub2srs but I definitely need to make my own cards just to make things easier for me. But I do remember seeing a lot of shared decks so I gotta try them out first and see how it goes.

What do you mean by ‘use subs2srs but make your own cards’? That's what the program is for, making your own. ^_^

just had a look at subs2srs, been a while since I last looked at it. Your right this will make my life easier. Sweet!

And by the way, the current subs2srs filters aside (such as keeping sentences short by excluding lines longer than such-and-such), you can use Transcriber or Minilyrics Editor to transcribe/annotate text + audio so that the text has timestamps synch'd up with the audio. That way you can put the resulting .lrc (and soon, .trs) file into subs2srs and create cards/cut up the audio how you want while keeping it matched to the text. Using Transcriber itself is a fun exercise.

thanks I'll be sure to use that. There are a few videos I have that audio+subs via a text file.

At your level, I would just go through it with Mylyrics and put a time stamp at the end of each sentence. You can go through it later and cut and paste in the Japanese text once you've used subs2srs to process it. It's a bit faster than timing it if you just want the cards quickly. Otherwise, you can listen through using Windows Media Player and time the transcript in Mylyrics and add it in (You'll need to use Ctrl+shift+S to slow the audio down with news as the space between sentences can be too small. I generally switch between fast speed and slow speed.

P.s., Transcriber looks cool. I'll see how it goes!
