Tongue tied problems?

#1
Hello everybody, do you guys have problems when doing sentences, i mean i have sentences with audio but sometimes can't keep up.
In my country teachers teach, what they call in spanish "trabalenguas" it suppost to help develop your tongue. I know there are a lot in english too, but i think spanish works better because you read spanish as you would read japanese. This is what i mean, here's an example, Say it as fast as you can.
ven pollito te descorazonare
ven-as for ben,po-as for poly,ji- as for jim,to- as for tom,te- as for ted,des- same as japanese です,co-as for cole,ra- as for rank,zo- as for zone,na- as japanese な,re- almost like rest. or in hiragana (べんぽじと て ですこらぞなれ)

Well i think it will help, let me knowSmile

I think they are both easy actually. Try some portuguese ones and you'll get what I mean XD.

My Japanese teacher told me to say this repeatedly as quickly as i can.

となりのきゃくはよくかきくきゃくだ。

Although I might've spelled it wrong as I did it from memory. It did help though.
