It's a good thing that I procrastinated on this, because the first email from IceCream was far from apologetic.
The "IceCream" account (IP, email and username) is no longer banned.
I have decided not to ban her account after all, but only because I have updated the forum guidelines after the fact.

ah, i wrote that email after i'd been awake over 24 hours, so...
sometimes i just need a little time & sleep to get some perspective, i think.
Anyway, i won't do it again!!! and, i'll replace all the 1st posts in the thread i edited from google cache.
anything else that might have been useful will go on my blog. And, since i don't have time to review all the dramas every season any more, i'll review stuff just as i watch them, and post them there too. (probably not if they're truly awful & i give up though... only watchable things).

Thank you for swallowing your pride and coming back and putting all your stuff back.
I know that can be very difficult. I've done similar, but not exactly the same things, and it's tough to be able to admit that it was a mistake or you regret it and want to fix it.
