Strange -- I only see strange jargon/symbols.
Does it work for you now?

Very cool site! I might give some of the stories a try.
Gyuujuice: try manually changing the page encoding to shift_jis

Using Chrome, the first time I loaded the page, it was garbage. I closed it and opened it again, and it fixed itself. I suspect it did a bad job of detecting the encoding when only part of the page was loaded, but when it was all there (from the cache) it did better.

Thanks!

http://www.bilingual-texts.com/ (click on Library) for a few more! (Most of them seem to also be on your page, though...)

There's also some other languages there.

If you like bilingual texts, and don't mind that they're more of the newspaper article variety, G.L.O.S.S is really useful!
Just do a search and click "view source" for bilingual text and audio.

Here is another page with some good books. http://www.bauddha.net/#booklist In the reading window, once you have opened one of the books, you can choose among different dictionaries which, when marking parts of the text, will start an automatic lookup in a separate window.
