God Forbid! I don't want to be reminded how often I have been a dick. It is a place to seek and help others and maybe have different kinds of conversations, which I learn alot from.
Where you, and IceCream and others are wrong is that you complete miss the bigger picture in this: you are NOT a bunch of pixels (avatar), a nickname or a bunch of words on a screen. Your
ego is the thing that identifies with "your" posts and "your" online identity and so on. It's not only childish to go back and delete your previous posts, it also shows that you are completely "taken" into the illusion that whatever you typed on a keyboard that ends up on a forum post, is
you.
The online identity, and the things you posted, they may remind you of what you were, or how you thought, but they are not
you.
You is the live person sitting behind the computer screen (or the iPhone or whatever), who is reading this. No matter how "your" older posts sound like what you think is "you", they are older posts.
Regardless if you understand this or not at this point, if you want to move on, and you don't recognise yourself in your older public conversations on a forum, then create a new account, or
move on!

Welcome to the internet! Of course the forum is indexed by search engines. That's how people find out about it, who have similar interests.
ADMIN: Topic closed because as kazelee pointed out, it's going in circles. Everything that people wanted to say has been said.
