RTK2 - Deck? List Available?

#1
Hi guys.

Since Professor Heisig (Superman!) is amazing. I would like to study RTK2 in context. I was wondering if anyone knew of a deck or spreadsheet containing all of the RTK2 verbs provided by Mr. Heisig?

Thank you kindly Smile

There is an Anki deck available to download called "Heisig Kanji Yomikata (RTK2, RTK3)". It seems to have the readings for 2 that you're asking about.

Does that help?

That deck doesn't have many kunyomi, especially for RTK2 (if it's the one I submitted). I'm still working on the yomikata for RTK3, but haven't had the time for a bit. If anyone is interested, I'm hoping to finish RTK3 and then add the kunyomi and maybe sample sentences.

For the onyomi, Heisig recommends that you test yourself kanji compound->kana reading, using the compounds he covers in the book. I don't know of any premade deck or spreadsheet that has info in digital form. But it should be easy to type up as you go since the kana readings are given and it's just single words.

For kunyomi there's a Japanese-keywords deck that was put together by someone on this forum. In fact it is Heisig's advice in RTK2 that reviewing keyword->kanji be replaced with kanji+okurigana->kana reading for the kunyomi readings. So using this deck either alongside or in place of your RTK-1 reviews would be in keeping with Heisig's instructions.
