Hey guys, I'm really struggling with this sentence.

[また、世界は平和と繁栄が実現され、自由、人権、民主主義等が確保される社会の構築に向けた努力を行っているが、開発途上国の安定と発展が世界全体の平和と繁栄にとって不可欠という意味での国際社会の相互依存関係を認識しなければならない。」

It's just a bit too long for my brain to fully comprehend. The problem is the　「での」 that connects 意味　and 国際社会.
I got for the first part:

"Also, even though the world is putting its efforts in facilitating a construct of society that realizes peace and prosperity, and maintains freedom, human rights, and democracy,"

but then the last part i got until

"it has to recognize the relation of mutual dependency での the stability and development of developing nations is essential for the peace and prosperity of developed nations."

as you can see I have no idea how to tie that in a proper sentence. Too many comma's man!

Can someone help me out a little?

Basically read as

[Everything after deno] which is defined as [Everything before deno]

I think "define" might be a little too objective. 意味での clarifies the second phrase with the first by giving it more of a "sense" rather than a solid definition.

I'd say something like:

Also, although the world is striving to create a society in which peace and prosperity are realised and freedom, human rights and democracy are protected, it must acknowledge the interdependence of the international community in the sense that stability and development in emerging nations are indespensible for overall global peace and prosperity.
