New service at ALC (「英辞郎 on the Web」)

#1
I noticed a link inviting users to test a new service at ALC :

I reproduce the text as well as the link :

大進化! 新版「英辞郎 on the Web」β公開中。ぜひお試しください。

Could someone comfortable in reading Japanese explain what features there are and if there is something really interesting for us learners (I mean for users going mostly E->J) ?

Newer version of eijirou, so it has more words.
Improved searching (and/or like google)
English spell check
English verb conjugation
Automatic hotlinking of English words so you can click on them to look them up

So, not much for Japanese learners. Personally I found eijirou really useful, so I bought it and I access it from a local dictionary client instead.

Just had a quick look.

Compared to the standard http://www.alc.co.jp it looks a bit better. The formatting is more spaced out.

There is an option for 読みがな within the page itself as well as 'word link' enabling. This only affects English words however.

Also both pages seem to return different results, e.g. 試す

original page - 119
new page - 148

but 'dog'

original page - 1843
new page - 1743

As far as I can tell, from the info page about the new site, it says it has more items in the dictionary; more powerful search features; and is forgiving if you make spelling mistakes.
