How do you study stroke order in Anki Desktop? How about the ipod version?

Add gifs to your deck from places like:

http://www.saiga-jp.com/kanji_dictionary.html (click second magnifying glass next to a kanji)

Then, put the deck onto your device.

What prink suggested works, there's also the kanji stroke order font which can be found here: http://sites.google.com/site/nihilistorguk/

Just set the font to that, and the characters will include numbers for the stroke order.
