Disney movies in english, japanese subtitles?

I have a japanese friend who wants to immerse herself with Disney movies and ask me to help her with downloads... but she wants japanese subtitles to the movies at first and it's a bit tricky.

Does anyone know any good place where to download such movies, or just subs?
