With electronica the speakers and volume level is very important imo.

It's not Japanese (it's from your country ), but it's Really good and gets quite heavy in the end.

The ambient soft stuff actually makes me feel depressed (or reminds me of some depressing music I used to listen to). Anyway, I'm not sure if this is exactly what you're looking for, but most of what I listen to is a bit more mainstream with lots of vocals (I think most of these artists are fairly well known).
