need help about SRSing RtK 1 - card's format & the usual amount

#1
I just begin on practicing RtK 1, I have a few question here :

1. how is the normal amount to add new kanji per day?
2. and how is the normal amount to repeat kanji per day?
3. about the format... my card is just [Q: Kanji. A: Keyword]
is the usual format is like that? I mean that's quite simple right?
I thought about adding some real meaning and sentence.
but I'm afraid it'll just burdening me. oh.. and
4. reverse format [Q: Keyword. A: Kanji]? is it that format any good?

wow that's 4 questions, sorry if it's too much to ask.

1. Whatever feels right for you. Different people have different amounts of time and energy. I suggest starting slow (10 a day or so) and if you find that you have more time and energy left every day, you can add more. Just keep in mind that the more kanji you add per day, the more review time you will have as well.
2. I suggest using this site's SRS as it uses the sort of 'ultimate' review settings (click on the yellow RTK symbol at the top left of the page to get to the add/review area). You can also use Anki and when you get more comfortable with using it, change the settings to what works for you. Best is to have an actual Spaced reviewing system: don't review every single card every single day. It's a waste of time.
3. No. The usual format is Q: Keyword, A: Kanji. This is because RTK is supposed to teach you how to write the kanji; that is what you have to practice. On this site you will also see that the SRS asks you the keyword and you have to come up with the kanji. This is also how Heisig intended it. He says the Kanji -> Keyword will come naturally after a while, and it does.
4. See 3.

I think you typoed here

The usual format is Q: keyword A:Kanji

This is to ensure you can write the kanji from memory. Just to clear up any confusion from the typo :p
