Hi. I just got a néw iPhone and am thinking of getting either Sensei or LS. I'm talking about Japanese LS here not kanji LS(I may get that one in addition to one of the other two. Any suggestions on which is better?

Can you post links? I have an iPhone and would like to check them out. Personally, I just use the Code From Tokyo Japanese app. I've yet to find anything else that is decent and I've tried quite a few.

I'm going to try Kanji LS in a few minutes. I'll give you a heads up though, writing recognition has only worked for me with very simple kanji on the app I use.
If you haven't already checked it out, here is the one I use: http://www.codefromtokyo.com/japanese
There's a video at the bottom.

Just from looking at the ones you posted, I think Japanese Sensei would be the best. If I had money, I'd get it and try it out.

Japanese LS Touch: I haven't tried this so can't really comment, but looking at the app info page it seems more like Kotoba than Japanese Sensei.
Japanese Sensei: has fewer sentences (9,619) than the above, but they are from a more reliable source (Halpern rather than Tanaka) and also includes sound files. (Incidentally, Smart.fm Core series sentences are taken from the same source.) User Interface is quite good.

Kanji LS is pretty bad. It uses typewritten font instead handwritten.
