Any good lists? Unlike the South Korean list, Wikipedia's sparse for Japanese releases. I would like something close to complete, and organized, to reference when calculating how many years of my life it will take to watch every Japanese film ever made. ;p

Although in retrospect, the SK list is theatrical only I think, and then there's Japanese v-cinema... maybe I'm asking the impossible?

I am a great fan of Japanese cinema, I've wached about two thousand movies so far, from pre-war to Kitano Takeshi. Never seen such a list.

Yeah I just searched again and can't find anything.

And I've seen 400000 Japanese movies from pre-pre-war to post-post-Takeshi Kitano, so there!

Well that's weird, when did imdb get so many releases for Japan? I thought it was really sparse just a year or two ago, even more than: http://www.jmdb.ne.jp/
