Vocab generator

#1
I have tried searching the forums a little bit but couldn't find anything.

In the past I've used a great website, which I think someone from this form made, essentially you copy in a piece of text and it then generates a list of the all the vocab used. That list can then be downloaded and imported in Anki.

I found it so useful in the past and need to use it again but have lost the link.

If anyone knows what site I'm talking about (or knows a similar site) then can you please post the URL.

Thanks a bunch!

Shockingly enough none of them are the website I used to use. (I'm going to do a more thorough search of this form after my test tomorrow mi thinks!)

However all of the websites you've suggested look extremely useful in their own way so thanks a lot for your response and help!!!

There's quite a few of those scattered about, such as: http://forum.koohii.com/showthread.php?p...#pid115328

Our member ThomasB made one, and I was hoping it would be made offline/standalone because I hate trusting 'the cloud' as sites go offline: http://forum.koohii.com/showthread.php?p...8#pid97218

Guess what, seems it's offline. ;p That thread in the second link features a few other sites I found w/ similar tools, none of them satisfactory (standalone, works offline).
