I've been going through the ALC sentence compilations here: http://forum.koohii.com/showthread.php?p...0#pid43560
The spreadsheet notes at the top that the sentences are for "Japanese native speakers who are learning English". Yet I've read somewhere before that the Japanese sentences were actually translated from English into Japanese by translators. Is there any truth to this?
More importantly, are the Japanese sentences grammatical? (Or even if they're not, do they sound natural?)
