I finally got 2042 stories I'm happy with.
I came up with 17 of my own to share with everyone, and shamelessly stole the rest.
I didn't even come up with those 17 on my own - I used the stories file hosted at Khatzumoto's site.
Out of those 17:
3 is the highest star rating any story got
2 received zero stars (I still like them though)
1 received at least one warning
The warning might be because it's a rewrite of Heisig's story but I'm not sure.
Just about all of my stories are significantly different from the others that are already there.

I have 25 stories shared, 24 of them being for non RTK1-3 Kanji. My highest voted one of course is the single RTK1 Kanji with 8 votes, and my next highest one has 5 votes (I think it was from the revised Jouyou set).

Maybe I'm just clumsy but I found it quite easy to accidentally hit the warning button. I just assumed that's why some seemingly benign stories had warnings. Kinda funny when the original poster of the story would come back and wonder out loud why people took offense to it.

I Agree, I accidentally flagged quite a few stories, I try to undo it most of the time, but I'm sure many have slipped by. Also, stories should be starred automatically if you copy them. Or is it already like that? Maybe I haven't noticed it.

Most reported: #1 Range - 51 reports. #2 thin - 21 reports. #3 accept - 9 reports.

I have 70 public stories and those with stars(reports) have:
104, 84(14), 58, 44(7), 28(12), 26(2), 25(1), 20(1), 17, 17(47), 16, 15, 12, 11, 9, 7, 4, 4, 4, 3, 3(1), 2, 2, 2(1), 2, 2, 1(2), 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, (1), (1), (3), (3)
Some are notes about incorrect components and stroke order rather than mnemonic stories, one requires a video, and one apparently offended 3 times more than it helped...
I think reports are pretty useless without a way to specify the reason, and stars need to decay over time to give newer stories a chance.

Like others I haven't looked in a while. Personally I hope these were popular as they tried to be more visual in addition to starting off the story with the keyword.

I have 817 shared stories, highest is 23 stars (for Sign of the Snake, haha. Highest non-Sign of the Snake is 18 for Endure). Something like 104 of them have 2 or more stars. 220 or so have one star or more. I'm proud of a bunch of them--usually the less popular ones!
I'd be happy to see any of the primitive names I made up become popular (Karl Rove, Final Fantasy VII, Wikipedia), but I've never really checked to see if anyone else used them.
Few of mine have reports. Most is 3, for 'room.' My story is "Tooooooo easy." Second is 2, for 'exchange;' the story is "The day two husbands can exchange vows will be a bright one. Gay marriage FTW.' Two people don't like gay marriage!

I noted that some story of mine was reported, and then I noticed that perhaps that is because it could be interpreted in an explicite way.
Personally, I just report stories that
1. contain factual errors (f.i. woman vs mother);
2. have a good chance to cause interference later on, because they contain references to keywords at higher heisig no.
Usually, the more visual/phantastic stories are better imo, and the semi-rote stories I try to avoid, the stories that tend just to link the primtives with the keyword, and not really make a vivid scene out of it (Heisig does this occasionally as well).

This site definitely has a prudish contingent. Any stories which refer to sex or even anything remotely crude will be flagged at least once.
I've got 377 stories with at least one report on them. Interesting. Few have any hint of a sexual theme. I used to check every once in a while to see if I made a mistake with the story somehow. Rarely was that the case. Eh, the space where the report button is could be better used for some other purpose.
