Thanks. Just downloaded Anki and RTK. Can you tell me how to flip the deck?

I would suggest selecting all facts, suspending all of them, then right click "generate cards" and select recognition.
This way you have 3000 unsuspended RTK recognition cards and 3000 suspended recall cards, in case you ever decide to practice recall.

Ok, I think I figured it out after an hour of trial and error.
After downloading the deck, go to:
settings -> deck properties -> add –> basic -> edit -> (select “back”) then hit “move up”. Then hit “close”.
Open search window (by clicking magnifying glass).
edit -> select all
actions -> change model
under new model field, select “basic”.
Now you will have the option to "change front to:" select "kanji". Repeat for "Change back to:" Keyword. Now you can practice Kanji->Keyword.

In the edit model window if you go into edit template (or whatever its called) there's an option for "foward" cards and "reverse" cards. Reverse is disabled by default cos it's normally not needed. What I would do is create a template for the "reverse" cards that goes "kanji" on the front and "keyword" on the back. Then enable the "reverse" cards (will take a few secs to generate them initially) then you can either disable the "foward" cards or just suspend them all. Up to you.
