Hi everyone,
I'm in the process of writing a response as a customer support agent. I'm a little confused as to what would be an appropriate business phrase to begin this e-mail, and おせわになりますseems a little weird since I'm technically the one taking care of the customer. To give you a little more context, the student is asking about registering for an exam and I'm giving him/her instructions on how to change their account to do so. What would be an appropriate opening for this? If someone could provide a link to the useful business Japanese openers/closers, I'd be much appreciative
