biang biang noodles

#1
I work in a lab with lots of Chinese students. Okay, it's not Japanese, but we still have a lot of fun discussions comparing the Kanji and Hanzi. Therefore, they thought I would enjoy the word for biang biang noodles. They were right! It was such a fun Hansi that I decided to share it here too.

Well, there's been about 3 or 4 threads about that kanji so far. Some even have it as an avatar. Still, thanks for sharing.

The stroke order seems odd in two ways:
1. The upper group of three (say & cocoon x 2) is written centre - left - right, but the lower group (horse & long x2) is written left - right - centre.
2. Heart is written before moon & sword even though it extends all the way beneath them.

More importantly though, has anyone here actually eaten these noodles?

I asked my mom (who is native Chinese) and she said it's bullshit and anyone who knows how to write it is strange.

hahahaha

LOL! Okay, now truly prove your worth by going to China and holding up a sign with that kanji on it to obtain some of these noodles.
