There's now a plugin for Anki which mimics the trophy system on PS3 (achievements on xbox). Funnily enough I was wanting something like this! It's really cool and motivating.

Has anyone else played with it?

I can't seem to get it to work...

I have 19 in total so far I want to get the next one for adds on my vocab deck...

Where can you find some information on this plugin? I installed it and it seems to work, but I can't seem to find what you get those trophies for...

Lol @ Hikikomori! This looks like a great idea... I haven't fully started using Anki yet, as I'm still using RevTK for kanji, but once I finish up RTK1 and get started on vocab, I will definitely give this a go!

How do you use this? I can't seem to figure it out. You guys got some really nice trophies though! Cranking and wordsmith are awesome.

Might be great to have smaller goals and a list of reachable trophies.
Something like... studied 30 cards for 25 days in a row. 5 more and you'll get the bronze trophy...

This is such a cool way to see where peoples decks are at haha. The two trophies i'm after are Walking Dictionary (10k to maturity) and Long-Term Relationship (100K reviews over decks life). Hopefully should achieve those in the next few months

Anyone else going for anything in particular?

Can anyone explain how to get this setup? The plugin tells me that I haven't earned any trophies, but by looking at the trophies that are available I know that there are many I should have earned.

Does the .py file need to be edited to enter my details?

You have to do at least 1 review on the deck before it registers what trophies you have. Maybe just a little glitch but its no biggie. Then go to the tools menu > trophies Click the link to share em with us down the bottom!

It appears that a number of trophies can only be earned after the plugin is installed, they aren't retroactive.

Hikikomori. According to my stats I need a lot more reviews per day though.

After looking at the source it seems the only trophies I'm missing are
-10,000 mature (not possible for awhile with current deck size since I do so-called "effortless srs.. maybe if I combined it with my kanji deck)
-10,000 cards in a month (probably not possible unless I fail stuff repeatedly, since I don't get nearly that many expired in a month and don't find that much completely unknown stuff to add anymore)
-deck over 5 years old (has anki even been around for 5 years?)

I guess that means no more trophies beyond what I have... booo

Needs some language specific stuff like "all jlpt4 vocab is mature" etc.

Now I have all the trophies, even the trophy for writing the plugin.

It's also pretty easy to erase other people's trophies, though they won't be lost clientside.
