http://jp.hjenglish.com/jlpt/ includes scripts for the 聴解 for at least some of the JLPT past papers they have (eg the 2007 JLPT1). Don't think they have the scripts for all of them, though, and you have to navigate the Chinese website by guess-and-hope and kanji recognition :-)
