Captions/subtitles from Viikii - can they be extracted?

I'm interested in downloading captions in Korean and Japanese - but especially Korean, since there is a lack of resources. I know somebody somewhere discovered a script for it, does anyone here know how to do it? Thanks.

PS I am not one to covet the copyrighted material aka the videos. I just want the user-generated content, the subs, for ankifying.
