Yeah there are a few other threads about this. Hundred of universities do this, and by far the largest hub for lectures being published is iTunes U. Just go on iTunes, into the store, and choose iTunes U from the black menu bar at the top.

If you don't know it yet, you'll love Academic Earth. There you can find full courses, with video, audio and transcriptions.
