A Japanese friend is now visiting me. All the menus on his laptop are in Japanese. How can I change the menus to English so I can read them so I can set up his computer to be used here, then go back to Japanese menus if he wants it that way? Windows 7.

Control Panel.

If its set up as "category view", click on "change display language".
If its set to one of the other views, look in the "region and language" options.
