Has anyone heard of this game before? It's sounds a bit creepy and pitiful but the idea of having a conversation (via microphone) and audio for all the dialog seems quite interesting. What are your opinions of the game? Discus.

Creepy and Pitiful... Yeah, those are accurate.

I found the first half of the game to be entrancing and fun. I enjoyed playing the system to up my scores and score the girl.

Then I found out that was only the first half, and the second half was more lovey-kissy-with-a-2-inch-screen ... And I quit.

But the constant speech with text is very nice.

wccrawford,
I was hoping for a Harvest Moon-esque game but that does sound a bit...Japanese. >.<

Well there is always 二の国.

It's by the director of となりのトトロ. It has a lot of audio and it's a story based game.
I am looking for games that make use of Japanese audio. I have ルーンファクトリー3. What else is there?

I don't know, the people that do wacky stuff like trying to marry characters from the game? That's pretty creepy and pitiful. The game itself seems pretty neutral to me, though. I mean, it's just a dating sim.

Well I haven't played the game so I don't have a proper judgement.
But people obsess about all games. People having mario wedding cakes etc. So it really isn't weird in that regard. (imo)

first half of the game is pretty straight forward

when you're in a relationship and trying to do stuff to get more going that's when things start becoming a bit confusing. that's when i scrapped it.

I need to get this but my ds's screen is messed up and it is ruining my life.

the first one lasted me a few months. It was like animal crossing except I felt worse when I stopped playing.

That was a publicity stunt. He was paid to do that.
