What is the the etymology behind the usage of iku in Japanese porn and is there a cultural reason that westerners come and Japanese decide to opt for going?

I guess that the difference is based on a sense of perspective. When a white guy comes, he is taking the perspective of the woman. When a Japanese guy goes, his perspective remains unchanged throughtout the entire intercourse.

My theory is that coming induces temporary mind schizophrenia in Westerners.
