I kept waiting for that pigeon to fly away due to the construction noise. Those things aren't afraid of anything. It just proves the theory from Seinfeld that they have a 'deal' with humans where they move out of the way, and we overlook their relieving themselves on our buildings. They don't have this same deal with other aspects of the environment, and won't budge an inch.
