I said *Korea*, not... *Earth*.

Edit: By the way, awful lyrics/structures/flattened overproduction aside, I like the various vocal manipulations that are often used in even the most mainstream pop music. It just depends on how it's used, like any other effect. I'd rather they overuse that than some of the other generic untreated vocal styles I often hear, to be honest.

No one cares about that.

Iris was the most addicting TV show ever.

Man, agreed. It should also be noted that most of the artists being autotuned in Korea are actually autotuned for the effect itself, not because it's needed because of lack of ability to sing. If you appreciate it for what it is, it can be quite nice, at least in some songs.

Ah yes I heard about that. So close, yet so far away....

And shit seems to be going down in good 'ol Korealand. I for one have no idea what's going through the North Korean government's thought processes at the moment.

So I assume we're all going to assume that the battleship actually was sunk by a North Korean torpedo? With that, this could have either been an accident or a direct provocation. I'm going with direct provocation. And then I'm stuck.

They should just hurry up and finish NK already, its a dying horse anyway. Get some Patriots out there to shoot anything they throw at Korea or Japan and the war is won with minimal causalities.

Do it fast since I want this to be over before I go to Japan.

On a serious note, are we going to see an unified Korea let's say in about 25 years ? Because I hope to see the reunification of Korea in my lifetime.

No. While it would be nice if SK/US could go in and liberate NK and have the SK government take over, it's just impossible. NK is a gettho. It would cost SK way too much to fix their massive economical problems, which just isn't viable.

What would be world war 3? Every country in the world has been critical of NKs act, even China, though they are too sissified to say it out right.

Situation is simple, if NK starts anything serious they will be obliterated. Only thing that keeps them alive now is a nuclear threat to Seoul and parts of Japan (their missiles have shitty range so no Tokio). If NK will play its cards and damage is done there won't be anything that stops rest of the world from attacking.

It won't be WW3 since it will only be one country vs The Earth, which hardly classifies as war, not to mention a "world" one.

Wasn't that basically how WWII started out?..

Nah, Germany had support from many countries. Sure, it didn't have ALLIES in the beginning, but it the Axis formed. NK wouldn't be able to find any allies. The only countries which would possibly join the alliance would be extremely anti-american arab states, and what are they going to do? They are already anti-american and can do nothing about it.

It would be like the whole school ganging up one one nerd and his friends in special ed.

WW2 started as 4 countries vs the world.
Russia started on the Axis side and was a huge power.
Germany was recovering from WW1 but was still the most advanced nation in terms of industry.
Italy (dunno their story much)
Japan had more advanced military hardware than most of the allied countries, since it was all brand new

Also, many allied powers were on the fence about which side to join (America and UK had major Axis supporters).

Norks are just the Norks. Their Russian support is purely financial (money for equipment) and China won't want to lose the money stream from the west over ideology (which it has largely abandoned itself).

I don't know if your comment was satirical, but the situations are nothing alike. It may however be a repeat of Korean/Vietnam wars. If Nork doesn't use nukes, the west likely won't want to obliterate the nation from orbit, and will instead end up in a messy groundwar again.

Question is how messy it would be though. Yeah, in a man vs man, technology might not play the biggest part, but lets face it, the US has F22 Raptors. That's basically like an airplane with godmode in north korea. With F22 support and are much stronger (technologically) army, I doubt it would be all that messy. The NK army does have really good discipline though.

There was complete air superiority (godmode) in Korean, Vietnam, Afghanistan, and Iraq wars too.
