Is there something similar for the japanese language?
I'd like a list long about 100-200 elements containing words that pop out in virtually every japanese sentence.

If you look at the most common English words, none of them "pop out" at least in my opinion. All of the information is in the less common words. I imagine it's the same with Japanese.
