At what point do you know enough grammar to get the most out of watching Japanese TV?
I know have been studying for about 5 months now mix of Grammar,Kanji,and Sprinkled in
Dramas,Anime's etc...
When should you focus less on grammar and more on increasing vocab and hearing a lot more.Maybe You can give ides EX.by finishing such and such books...
yeah in short when to focus more on vocab and listing and less on grammar?.

Note.Not that I feel tired of grammar I am just genuinely curious,I could study grammar all
day but that is not very efficient I think.

This is just me but I feel that you can't make such estimations. Keep doing grammar studies as much as you want, but don't hold off of exposing yourself to real Japanese because you feel that you must reach a certain "stage" or "level" first. Start focusing on vocabulary and listening when you feel comfortable with some of it I think

I think that almost everything in N3/N4/N5 of the JLPT and lots of what's on N2 is common enough in general conversation that you should definitely learn it. That doesn't mean you need to study it formally outside of native material; if you have a good solid understanding of sentence structure, then you could probably get by just by looking things up as they come up.

I think the limiting factor when watching TV as a beginner is how quickly people talk. (And also all the things that can make speech harder to understand -- baby talk, regional accents, drunken slurring, angry shouting, music in the background, etc.) There's a difference between knowing enough grammar that you can understand a sentence if it's written down and you have time to figure it out, and internalizing enough grammar that you can understand a sentence at the speed it's spoken, and without having to think too hard about it. (Reading easy stuff will help a lot with that.)

It's easier now that you can get dramas with Japanese subs pretty easily, but I was at a high-intermediate level before I really felt like I could watch TV and get much out of it.

I started watching the variety show AKBINGO! when I was about... probably a little below N3 level. It has variety show-type subtitles--dramatic subtitles at the bottom to emphasize punchlines, etc.

I can't say I understood it all. I can't say I understand it all even now. However, it's amazingly easy to get into and understand based on context and I learn a lot by watching.

As far as efficiency, I think comparing the efficiency of more grammar vs. more vocab is fruitless because for the most part you always need more of them anyway.
