RTK Graph-And-Burndown-Chart

#1
I wanted some of the joy of a big kanji poster without actually having to wait for a kanji poster, and I also like graphs. So I made this in Excel:

Fairly unnecessary since I'm still really loving learning new kanji at this point, but I have severe distraction-technology desires that must be sated. If anyone would like the Excel 2007 workbook itself I'm happy to share it.

Thanks, and have a great day!

You should rework that into html(etc) and contribute it to revtk. It looks a lot nicer than the current progress page.

Yeah, I agree as well.
I always thought that the progress page needed to look better. I picture that a poster/wallpaper in html would be very good for motivation.

I concur that a web-enabled version would be pretty sweet, but that'd take more time than I've got. Any web developers out there with enough willpower are welcome to try though.

Anyway here it is in Excel:

It may not quite work for most people, since it's heavily premised on having a fixed time goal, and on a regular number of kanji each day. I dread to think of the clunky respacing work I'd need to do (because it is really a clunky worksheet) should I actually fall far behind or get ahead of myself!

It's too bad I'm already finished; I'd love to see that in Excel.

It doesn't seem to work in OO calc as there is no chart generated in the 'chart' worksheet. I'll have to try it in excel tomorrow at work.

Is it possible to post it as an .xls file instead of an .xlsx file and still have it generate the chart?
