I have been using subs2srs (which is an awesome program! thanks cb443534 sorry can't remember your name
). Recently, I have tried using it with the drama "Innocent love" unfortunately most of the cards it makes are messed up. e.g. audio is cut off in midsentence; often titles are one sentence forward/behind/mutilated.
Now subs2srs is working fine, my problem is with the subs/video themselves. it seems like most of the dramas you download are recorded from television with commercials cut out/etc. both subtitles (japanese & english) are never (at least from what I've seen) included with the video you download. There are usually multiple versions of the video available (that have different timings) which messes subs2srs up since the subtitles don't quite appear in the right places...
This brings me to some questions.
1) is there any specific way to tell which version of the video (eg. BOG_innocent love ep1; QUIPH_innocent love ep1) that the subtitles go with? Usually I cannot find a video + subtitle with matching names... I assume this is the biggest problem getting subs2srs to make correct cards.
2) are there any shows you guys know of that the japanese/english subtitles + video match up very well so that they make good subs2srs decks? Anything is fine as long as it is not anime or overly complex language.
note: I have repetitive strain injuries in my wrists so it not really an option to edit the subtitle files myself.
Thanks
