Uta-Net is a huge lyric mine for major releases of all shapes and sounds. The site offers daily, weekly, and montly song popularity rankings as well as features and more. Text-based display allows for easy copy/pasting so one can save or translate.

Goo Music Lyrics Information (歌詞情報, Kashi Jouhou) is another great site for lyrics and other music info stuff. Since many lyrics come from Uta-Net, Goo Music displays them in text as well.

BONUS: LyricZ.info Japanese hip-hop lyrics

LyricZ.info is a source with a variety of lyrics for Japanese hip-hop songs. The site has a large selection of underground and mainstream rappers as well as other community features like a ‘Freestyle Board’ and a ‘Graffiti Square’.

No idea, I use a dashboard widget that automatically searches for lyrics and inserts them into ID3 tags.

I use Lyricsmaster.

Lyrics master look up the lyric for the song currently playing on Itunes, but you can also use it without Itunes to look up lyrics "manualy". It uses several websites and give you all the results as one single list. You can look up by artist, song name, part of the lyric or even by tv show.

Other great option is that just by pressing a button you can save the lyric to your hard disk (in txt format). It even creates folder for each artist and saves the lyrics within the corresponding folder.
