Does anyone know where I can find a database of japanese contract templates ? or any other samples ?Commercial agreement , patent license , contract of employment , etc....

I d like to have a close look at the structure , vocabulary , .to get the spirit of this and improve my understanding/reading pace. I had an interview where my subpar japnese contract skills clearly showed up and I intend to fix this.

I'm sure any major Japanese bookstore will have a ton of books on business law and the like.

if there was some kind of online database or simply a site with a few model it would spare me some precious time typing up in my SRS.
