Hi, i need a dictionary either online or offline that will allow me to draw in my kanji and give me all the definitions, readings, etc... I use a wacom tablet on my PC.

Well, you can use your Wacom with the MS IME pad to input the kanji - then just use use your online/offline kanji dictionary of choice. (e.g. kanjidic with the EBwin viewer).

I did this for a while, but since I bought my Ex-word GP9700, I've tended to favour that for pen input lookups.
