Just tried out subs2srs tonight with a simple japanese subtitle file and video file, and I was able to make a deck successfully. However the deck shows the snapshot and text in the question, and plays the audio in the answer. Can anyone tell me how to put the snapshot and audio in the question, and the text in the answer?

Your problem is with Anki, not subs2srs. Your question is answered here in Anki's FAQ. (I'm guessing you are using Anki since it is most common here)

My first subs2srs deck, I totally forgot to keep track of the import mappings, so I had stuff like Tags/SequenceMarker/Video/Expression/etc. all messed up. It was embarrassing.
