combines kana-only reading and mixed kanji/kana expression into new furigana reading field

this might be useful if you have an old deck with anki's old-style kana-only reading fields, or if importing a deck from a source with kana-only readings

please note this is a perl script not an anki plugin so you'll need perl installed to run it
