I know you guys like old school sounding stuff, but I'll post some of the Touhou remix hiphop I've compiled from C83 when I ever get a chance.

First n foremost, this is an amazing thread. I was into some Japanese hip hop here n there like Shakkazombie, DJ Muro on those Pete Rock remixes, Samurai Champloo, etc over the years. Then I heard the Soul Scream The Deep" album a few years ago, which had my mind blown. That being said, I finally came across this site, and Im amazed of stuff ive been hearing from the youtube links. Also kicking myself too, cause i bought cds in Japan (but prior to seeing this thread). Hopefully BOOKOFF in nyc has em, though chances are kinda slim. Defintely need to cop that Naked Artz album, Dinary Delta Force, 5th wheel 2 the coach, Microphone Pager (didnt know muro n twigy had a group), and Gagle 3peat n big bang theory albums. Once again, thank u all for this thread.
Hoshino, are talking about issugi "earr" album? i think its solid, got it off itunes. it has stones throw vibe to it, songs are 2 to 3 mins long, only track i didnt like was "get blunt" (that beat is just bland to me atleast).

After hearing "The God/The Mad" and " 20世紀~開け心", I'm definitely trying to cop the Rhymester "Egotopia" album. I have to add that one to list of must-haves. I hope BookOff in NYC has it this weekend when I visit.

Just heard that Anarchy track, my God, that is incredible. This is the hip hop I miss (on the radio). Anarchy n Ozrosaurus went in, and DJ Muro just crafted a gem of a beat. Im definitely checking this album out. I need to check if its on itunes later. Great rec, man. Ill check out the Killah Been as well. Ive been spending time looking at the old school Japanese hip hop (90s-00s) albums, that i havent delve into the new current Japanese hip hop albums (outside of issugi from monju, which to me has a madlib aesthetic for some reason). Thanks again, man. Much appreciated.
