after about 600, I got bored and stopped learning the stroke order for a few days. then, as i sat on my comfy chair, i didnt want to bother doing anything else but just looking at the screen. now im at 1,300 and i can't write any of them but i can recognize all of them. what is a good plan to learn all of these? i was thinking of creating a new deck, and going through writing/looking at the stroke order while still learning 20 a day from my primary kanji deck.

I suggest to do your reviews and keep checking them as you go by using that site. It doesn't have every kanji that is in RTK though.
