So the kanji on the board is 革命, but it's tough to make out which letters it contains. It looks like 命 is made up of r, i, o, and p.

Revolution. the 命 is the "tion" of it.

There was also an artist who covered entire walls with small kanji that didn't exist. Perhaps he used a computer program to find the combination of radicals that weren't in use.
