Working through an old JLTP (level 3) test, I've come across the following problems which I don't really understand. Perhaps someone could help explain the meaning of these sentences, or why the answer is what it is.

兄はわたし______えいがにつれて行ってくれました。
１．と ２．に ３．が ４．を
Answer: が
I would have expected the answer to be 「を」. He is taking me to the movie. I am the direct object. Perhaps the くれました at the end is causing the particle to change?

もう５時です。今から______６時の電車にまにあうでしょうか。
１．での ２．までも ３．とも ４．にも
Answer: での
This one confuses the heck out of me O_o

これはあした母に______しゃしんです。
１．のま ２．のみ ３．のむ ４．のめ
Answer: のま
This one baffles me as well. I have no idea what のま could even mean.

All of these are incorrect.

#1 - you are right. The correct answer is を.

#2 - should be でも not での. Typo.

#3 - Makes no sense at all. Following the に particle should be something like あげる or a verb or something.

Just checked all 3 with jp coworker.

Where are you getting these questions from?

If its from an "unofficial" source you should be careful. They are not always accurate.

These questions were all on a SINGLE test, and by no means were they the only ones I found confusing... so I'm guessing that site must be chock full of errors. I'll stop studying there immediately.

Yeah I used that site to look at some kanji questions.

There were some that had the same kanji or reading for 2 of the 4 choices. As I said they are not completley accurate. But I don't know how many errors they have so I'm not saying don't use them at all. Just be careful.

I also used it for one of the listening tests and while the quality wasn't great it was still very useful.

Some of the test you find online have been made into text using an OCM, which isn't always correct. What year and level is this question from?

Maybe someone has a correct version...

Those questions were from 1991 level 3.
I've got a book with some practice tests, so I'll just use that instead to study.

Here's what the question about mom is supposed to say:

(1)　これは　あした　母に ____ しゃしんです。
1　送る　　2　送って　　3　送った　　4　送るの

And:
(10)　もう　５時です。今から ____６時の　電車に　まにあうでしょうか。

1　での　2　までも　3　とも　　4　にも
.... I think 1 is supposed to be でも too.

I have checked a copy of the original exam paper (1991) and I can confirm the following:

(10)　もう　５時です。今から ____６時の　電車に　まにあうでしょうか。
1　でも　2　までも　3　とも　　4　にも

Confirmed - The original paper definitely says でも and not での.

(1)　これは　あした　母に ____ しゃしんです。
1　送る　　2　送って　　3　送った　　4　送るの

What ocircle said – the actual answers are various conjugations of 送る. The (1) のま set of answers are from a completely different question, namely the 例that immediately precedes Q1. If you are interested it reads as follows: わたし　は　まいあさ　コーヒーを　＿＿＿ます。 with the correct answer being 2) のみ

(4) 兄はわたし______えいがにつれて行ってくれました。
１．と ２．に ３．が ４．を
As coverup said the correct answer is 4) を. This is what it says in the official 正解 answer sheet so I would assume it is correct.

I would advise against using whatever website you are using. A pdf scanned copy of the original exam paper is available on the internet if you look hard enough, which should be error free.
