RTK1 5th ed. release news

#1
I know there was another thread on this but I can't find it.

Not completely sure why this came to me, but here's word directly from the big H-man.

Dear readers,

A few hours ago the University of Hawaii Press informed me that Remembering the Kana and Vol. 1 of Remembering the Kanji will reach their warehouses around the middle of April. I cannot say how long it is before Amazon announces availability, but it should be soon after that.
The prices of the two books are $15 and $32 respectively.
Thank you for your interest and, once again, apologies for the delays.

If you don't mind an electronic copy, you can get the CD of RTK3 directly from Nanzan's website:
http://www.ic.nanzan-u.ac.jp/SHUBUNKEN/c...pecial.htm
It's only 700 yen inlcuding postage, if you are in Japan.

Amazon has it now. Who will be the first to post a review? They wiped out all our old ones. Hurry!

Oh, and you can buy a 4th edition RTK1 for only $200, and RTK3 for $125. Can't pass that up.

Just to make people aware..

RTK was $32 on Amazon a couple of days ago but as I write it's only $21.12. If you're like me and pre-ordered at $32, as long it hasn't shipped, you still have time to cancel the order and then buy it again for the lower price. May as well save $10 if you can Smile

BTW, the ISBN is 0824831659 if you're searching for it from other resellers.
