Finally Finished My Grammar Binge

#1
Now I'm going to have a 21 day long hangover called reviews.

Took me 8 days instead of 7 but I did it! The stuff I started to SRS on days 1 is starting to really sink in Smile The other stuff will catch up with subsequent review and I'm going to really drive it home through practice tests and example problems. I don't think i'll enjoy practice JLPT tests in spite of the fact I loveeeee KanKen so I hope I can stick to my guns and be vigilant about doing a practice exam every day. I think it'll play a sizable role in my score.

I still feel like my grammar knowledge is far from complete but damnnn it feels improved very much so. Not really looking foward to having to do the same with 1kyuu grammar that's for sure.

I think I'm only posting this because I feel a little impressed by the fact I did it in about a week XD.

I freakin' hate Anki. But I praise it's many merits and thank (insert deity here) for it's existence. It's AMAZING what's possible with it.

Hahahahaha.

Actually doing it in a week taught me something valuable that I missed when I did KO and RTK. And that is, I work really well in short bursts and not so well in long concentrated efforts. I started to really lose it in the last 2 days which is why I extended a further day. If you look at my KO and RTK graphs you'll see they're scattered with breaks here and there that we're totally unplanned.

I'm going to try and factor this in with future study. No point grinding through a marathon or crusade if you keep losing focus. Better to chunk it up so that each piece can be easily downed, chewed up, and be ready for the next one.
