There should be a wave in your inbox where you can invite people. "Invite others to Google Wave" I think it's called.

Hmm, after you invited me, I too was expecting to have some invitations to share here but couldn't find the wave you just mentioned. Maybe in a few day's it'll show up in our inboxes.

You have to add public@a.gwave.com to your contacts, create a new wave and add that contact.

I see your wave I searched with "with:public scene" and it worked.

EDIT: I think we should add "RTK" or "RevTK" tags to all of the public waves that the RTK community makes. So if we search "tag: rtk", then we can easily find all RTK waves.

Here's a quote from a wave about integrating google groups with google wave.

Anybody who has a Wave account will be able to search for the wave you’ve created (you don't have to add public@a.gwave.com; though you’re welcome to, if you only want to use the Google Group as a way to tell what topic the conversation is about instead of using it as access control) using group:group-name@googlegroups.com

So if we add rtk-share@googlegroups.com to waves, only people who are in the group can see the waves. If you save a search for "group:rtk-share@googlegroups.com" then you can easily keep track of any new waves =D

Yeah, you don't get to send invites right away. I got in last week and still don't have any invites. meolox got his first set of invites 2-3 days after he got in. I'm guessing it depends on your amount of activity on the waves?
