I think they are

長 *long*
打 *strike*
魚 *fish*
産 looks a bit like *products* but the *life* radical is on top, and the *moon/flesh* radical appears inside , a non-rtk kanji
? the last one looks like *person* on the left, with *saw* on the right

I can't lookup the last two at work.

I hope I win something ^_^

The third one has me stumped. It looks like a mix of 無, 焦 and 魚, but as for the other four:

長村?清作

Which I figure means "Made by (?sei/?kiyo) Nagamura/Osamura"

Edit:
On second thought, the third one really does look like 魚, but 長村魚清作 doesn't make any sense to me.

Ohhh, good shot on the second one! There was an extra stroke I didn't account for.

The strokes are somewhat limited also by the material in which it is engraved.

I lean towards ながむら ぎょせい さく. (長村魚清作) I think that the third kanji is some heavily bastardized (or "modified") version of 魚 where the left 亅 in the field primitive has been nudged a bit to the right. But there is a restaurant named うおせい so it could be that too. Other than that I agree with JimmySeal "Made by: Nagamura Gyosei (Uosei)"
