I have to disagree with the comment about the PS3 version's lagginess. I didn't find it laggy at all, especially not to the point of being "unplayable".

-The Japanese version has Japanese subtitles and Japanese voices ONLY

-The English version also only has English.

Fallout 3 took a while to come out in Japanese, but the expansions didn't take as long. Considering that Fallout 4 probably won't come out for quite a while (for example Fallout 2 came out in 1998), I wouldn't worry about it.

Does anyone else know any games that have Japanese voices AND subtitles on the PS3? Another one I can think of is "God of War 3".

Fallout: New Vegas comes out in America this fall. Fallout 3 took about 3 months to be translated to Japanese, so New Vegas should be out in Japan next Winter

Anyone got Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 2? Game looks superb to practice Japanese but it would be even better if there was an option to replay audio for each dialog. Does anybody know if its possible?
